Lemon Bars!

Hi guys!
Guess what?! I made lemon bars! YAY! and they're SOOOOOO yummy! I just ate while (while still warm) and it's got a delicate crust that makes the slightest crunch when you slice it and the inside is yummy soft warm goodness! The pictures don't look too appetizing, but I promise it's yummy! I saw Julie and Julia last night, so needless to say a bit inspired (especially since I'm blogging this!) Enjoy! (Bon appetit!)

My mom made some snicker-doodles which I wanted to feature :)
Here is the crust all put together, ready to be put in the oven..when I was making it the butter wasn't making the flour-y mixture into a dough, but it turned out great!
This is the filling all mixed together, when I first added the lemon juice it seemed too lemon-juicey and not enough flour etc to make a kind of liquid-y paste. But I kept stirring and it came together.
And here it is straight from the oven with a light sprinkle of powdered sugar :)
